With more than 14 years of full-time clinical practice, he serves as Medical Director of a hemodialysis unit and maintains a high-volume practice at Washington Hospital and St. Rose Hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also Director of Research and has served as Principal Investigator on multiple clinical trials. His academic background includes an MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, an MPH in Epidemiology and International Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, Internal Medicine residency at Mount Auburn Hospital (Harvard Medical School), and Nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School.
